Alissa Jalandri is the current duchess of Bolivar Subsector of Dagudashaag. The duchess has a reputation as a weak-willed socialite who is interested only in finding a 'suitable' husband and in attending the parties held at court.
Duchess Alissa has spent the last three years away from her own office, two at Capital (Core 2118), and the last year attending the Dagudashaag sector duchess. In her absence her brother Alex has acted as proxy dealing with the local affairs of the subsector.
