This page is identified by the system as being written in English (despite the text being Spanish) and thus I'm not sure what the translation process is expected to produce. BackworldTraveller (talk) 12:17, 4 September 2020 (EDT)

The page was created in English and then translated to Spanish. I have translated some titles, but I am not sure if it's interesting en English. User:Sugaar (Undated)
The point I was trying to make is that the system has this tagged as an English page. Any translation would be from English despite the words not being English. For future translation to work then the page would need to be marked as a Spanish page. BackworldTraveller (talk) 17:31, 5 September 2020 (EDT)
Similarly, the page information for User talk:Sugaar/instrucciones/es‎ shows that to have been written in English. Indeed using the /es tag on that page is a technical misuse of the "/es" ID. I don't know how to set the page language as anything other than "en". If we muck up the page information now it will be terrible to unpick later! Finally, there doesn't appear to be a page that allows you to get a list of translated pages with subsequent edits in the original text. It seems to me that this is already useful and will become more critical in the future. The tagged versions and translated versions can only diverge over time if we cannot identify those that have changed easily. BackworldTraveller (talk) 17:31, 5 September 2020 (EDT)
