Rumors persist about a non-aggression pact between the Independent Duchy of Oasis and the Federation of Daibei. Signed on Ermi/Mongrebi (Zarushagar 3139), the treaty reportedly ceded several worlds in the Rhamsteppe and Mongrebi subsectors to Daibei in exchange for a guarantee that Oasis subsector would not be attacked.
