Notes (2018)

While several of the early Race Lists have a "Altareans" MHR, the reference documents all point to the Vanguard Reaches book. In the actual references, there is the Altarean Confederation run by the Murian (as described here). I believe the creation of the "Altareans" is an overly aggressive (or poor) reading of the original source material.
