I have no idea how to fix/use this template...

I don't understand what you're trying to fix in the template (vs. simply trying to use it). I can fix the template, but need to understand what you are trying to do. Tjoneslo (talk) 10:53, 31 March 2015 (EDT)

Good point, there is nothing wrong with the template, I don't know how to use it properly. I want to get rid of the bracket at the top of the page and fill in the missing info (ie red links) correctly. Ronald B. Kline, Jr. (talk) 11:54, 3 April 2015 (EDT)

You cannot take away the read status until the entries indicated are filled in. Red letters means that the link is not active because there is no exit destination. I switched the template to the more common one used in most of the entries and it is working just fine. I don't know why some of the bracketed links are not showing up cleanly. They are not showing up correctly because you are trying to include links in a parameter the template wants to turn into a link. Specifically, instead of having |coreward= [[Stane]] use |coreward= Stane. The latter is correctly converted into a link. Tjoneslo (talk) 21:39, 3 April 2015 (EDT)

2024[edit]

"The protectorate" is adapted from Group One's Hydronaut; Traveller Map lists many of the systems around the Halkyon homeworld as having xenophobic cultures, which tracks with the depiction of local societies trading among themselves and shunning "aliens".
