SORAG/secret

SORAG is actually an Anglic acronym for "Scientific Operations Research and Administration Group, and is operated as an intelligence and counter-intelligence service by the Colonnade Province (CAD), a client state of the Zhodani Consulate in the Vanguard Reaches and Far Frontiers Sectors. Its real purpose is to infiltrate and perform surveillance on local polities' interstellar governments and military services around the greater region occupied by the CAD. Its purview includes (but is not limited to) guerilla warfare, subversion, sabotage, escape and evasion, "black" and "grey" psy-ops, and various other types of "unconventional warfare".
