Description

The subsector is notable for its astonishing number of high-population worlds -- nine in total. This is perhaps unsurprising when it is considered that the region lies between the core territories of two of the most important and industrious Hive Federation member races, the Gurvin and the Za'tachk.

Subsector Summary: 1116

Puaska, subsector D of Wrenton, contains 37 worlds, of which 31 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 232.3 billion sophonts. There are nine High population (Hi) worlds, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 25 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, 12 Low population (Lo) worlds, and five Barren (Ba) worlds. There are six Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are no Rich (Ri) worlds versus no Industrial (In) worlds. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, no Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, 13 Poor (Po) worlds, two Vacuum (Va) worlds, and no Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds. There are ten Naval bases in the subsector, no Scout bases, and no Way stations. In Puaska there are two race homeworlds. The highest population worlds are Klanfipe (Wrenton 2904) and Rowrororn (Wrenton 2909). The highest tech level is C at Oopfost, Ruskeel, Klanfipe, Rowrororn and Tridessa. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 4 and 11).
