Description

In Imperial Law, each ship in Imperial space should have available a list of all passengers aboard for the purpose of aiding the inspection of the vessel by the Imperial Navy. Discrepancies between the list and the actuality can result in fines for the ship, ships officers and/or crew combined with (for serious cases) imprisonment of the Officers and/or Crew and the impounding/confiscation of the vessel.
