The Kolzar of Wimorel (Vland 3129) are a Minor Non-Human Race with a humanoid appearance. They are technologically competent sophonts.

Description (Specifications)

This is the second "Kolzar" civilization. The current inhabitants are not the descendants of the previous sophontic race, but of lower animals that were on the brink of sapience when their superior competition was wiped out. They inherited the ruins left behind.

Their numbers are rather small but the Kolzar are inventive and determined. They are roughly humanoid, but have scaly skins and a low body temperature.
