Stellar Data[edit]
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
World Starport (St)[edit]
Intsenchflar has a Class C Starport, an average quality installation which features amenities including unrefined fuel for starships, some brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing maintenance and other kinds of repair. Ports of this classification generally have only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.
- A minority of popular Zhodani foodstuffs are not digestible by other Human races; eating them may result in food poisoning. Restaurants and food shops in regions frequented by non-Zhodani Humans, such as this world's startown, have menus or labels that mark which foods are appropriate for non-Zhodani.
World Population (P)[edit]
Intsenchflar has a population of 7,000,000,000 sophonts (billions).
- High Population Worlds like this tend to have huge consumer markets.
World Languages[edit]
Zdetl: The common language of the Zhodani Consulate.
World Government[edit]
Intsenchflar is governed by a Feudal Technocracy. Society divides itself based on the technical requirements of the society. Each of these functions are granted as a fief to an individual or group. Leadership of these fiefs determines the head of the government.
The Zhodani Consulate maintains itself through a variety of taxes on goods and services. Each council -- planetary or higher -- has the authority to levy a tax on gross income to support services like hospitals, emergency and transport services, or the Tavrchedl'.
World Military[edit]
World Law[edit]
Three broad categories of crime are recognized by the Zhodani Consulate: inadvertent, incited, and insane. The concept of premeditated crime for personal gain fits under the insane heading.
- Inadvertent crime is an unintentional violation or infraction of the law, resulting from inattention. For minor cases the usual punishment is a small fine.
- Incited crime is an infraction of a law brought about by another, often resulting from an overreaction to inadvertent crime or misfortune. The solution is re-education.
- Insane crime is a general heading for most major crimes against property or individuals.
World Culture[edit]
The Zhodani Consulate promotes the belief system of Tavrziansh, Morality's Path.
