History and Background

Chimalis is an isolated world out of direct contact with the remainder of the Delta Quadrant of Empty Quarter Sector. As her closest neighbors are five parsecs away in the sector's Beta Quadrant, her population is mixed Vargr and human, and there are no other neighbors within six parsecs of the rich garden world, it is likely that Chimalis will unite with the Hegemony of Lorean within the next century, despite the efforts of a few fanatical anti-Vargr factions to the contrary.

Political exiles from Hebrin (Empty Quarter 1930) – both human (American Indians) and Vargr - arrived at this pleasant world at 360 (then known as 378-936) Imperial, after travelling for over four centuries on sublight starships.

There are certain similarities between this world and Enola (Empty Quarter 2933), being both worlds split between American Indians and Suedzuk Vargr.
