The Administrative is the location of the government for the Belt

Description

The Administrative District includes the Commission Quarter and the Grand Plaza in Sparks' North Pole City.

The Administrative District houses the Belt's executive, legislative and administrative teams. (The Judicial Branch of the Belt's central government is housed on New Montana.) These administrative teams include the headquarters of the Belter Navy.
