Kiir Ibakugash was a quiet and unassuming but very competent engineering officer aboard the RSS Makhangam. She was aloof and hard to approach and perhaps drank too much and gambled outrageously when she did.

History & Background (Biography)

Born on Kikesh in 1099, Kiir Ibakugash was quiet and unassuming, and joined the IISS in 1117.

Kiir progressed slowly through the ranks, never the leader, always in the engineering spaces. Her career was uneventful until the RISS was formed when she was aboard a scout so badly damaged that, although she nursed it home, had to be scrapped. She was responsible for getting the RSS Makhangam back into service, and this was her life until 1137 when she was killed during a space-battle at Gabrael.
