Amaa Sigecese is a geek - Her involvement with the Ida was initially on purely intellectual grounds (Could she beat the federate) but later it became very personal. It was just a side-line on her real interest - the Ancients, and the theories that the Droyne were all that was left of them. She even learned Oynprith. Amaa is brilliant with the computers, and is just starting to get the idea of people.

Amaa practices Khi Aalik as she is not a particularly strong character and this helps her fitness levels.

At age 18, Amaa Sigecese had been writing programs for 4 years and had already bought her first property. At age 30 she was one of the Ida's premier Hackers and wanted by the Dzarrgh Federate. Her lover had been killed by the federate security service and her only close friend from childhood had vanished. What happened to her wasn't clear - but it wasn't too hard for Amaa to guess.

Amaa spent some months hiding out on the surface of Khouth, and time living in the darkest slums in the orbitals. She had been accepted into the heart of the Ida not only for her skills but because she was part of the family.
