Foundation and Authority[edit]
An ad hoc commitee set up in late 1110 by Duke Norris under the authority of Imperial Warrant #1106/11 to handle all aspects of Imperial relationships with the Border Worlds captured from the Sword Worlds Confederation in the Fifth Frontier War.
Membership[edit]
It was chaired by Sector Admiral Goolanzoon but included members from all Imperial services as well as various civilians.
Activities[edit]
It controlled the individual Border Worlds in the immediate aftermath of the Fifth Frontier War, was responsible for negotiating the Lunion Accords, and created the Intervention Force and the Peacekeeping force.
Demise[edit]
The Commission passed its powers to the Border Worlds Authority in 1116 and wound up its affairs by 1118.
