Description (Specifications)[edit]
The polity is an alliance between the Minor Race known as Regawrat and members of other species.
The Hive Federation has made significant inroads here, and populations of Hiver are found on many of its worlds.
The polity is named for the world that serves as its capital.
Politics[edit]
As befits a "Free State", government control is limited. Worlds sometimes have no government at all, while others have loose democratic administration or are company-run. The capital has so many distinct and fluid jurisdictions that the IISS lists it as a Balkanized world.
