The Vargr sociologist, Dartsongze, suggests that the Ojehshodu run the planetary government of Neghu Oug, with the Vargr leaders as puppets. Within weeks, Dartsongze is murdered. It remains uncertain whether he uncovered an Ojehshodu plot or was killed at the request of insulted Vargr politicians.
