Nomad Port

Nomad Port: A system with basic starport facilities that has independent commercial tankers and tenders (so-called Gas Traders and Recovery Trade vessels) temporarily operating within it – the presence of such vessels “upgrades” the available port facilities.

Description (Specifications)

Nomad ports typically appear at worlds with occasionally available harvests or produce and remain in-system for as long as the the commodity is available. The Nomad Port provides maintenance, fuel and repairs to the many merchant vessels that arrive to collect the commodity – other less savoury services are often available as well. Local festivals, commercial showcases, and trade fairs may be deliberately timed to coincide with the arrival of a Nomad Port.
