Description
The Ootpevoo race originate in this subsector.
80 billion people, 60% of those Ootpevoo, live on Ispadla (Wrenton 0129), a pleasant garden world happily embraced by the Ootpevoo as their Federation-era homeworld. A further 400,000,000 Ootpevoo live on the rich water world, Nessa (0227), representing half of its population. The final system in their cluster is a rather useless star with an asteroid belt but no planetoid belts or gas giants; no-one officially lives there.
