An exohierate Aslan clan that occupies Oyoiy/Aohelroiao (Riftspan Reaches 3121) and Ahoahea/Aohelroiao (Riftspan Reaches 3219), isolated systems lying in The Great Rift. The Iyoihoikyar, along with the Ukhaliha clan and Human immigrants, have developed a society marked by successful Human and Aslan cooperation.
