Light class Motorcycle
Built on Bezik (world) for internal security and counter insurgency missions. They comprise the bulk of the ground based reconnaissance assets for the newly formed Bezik Dragoon Guards Regiment. These TL–5 vehicles are designed to be inexpensive road bikes. They struggle off road. They carry a single anti-tank mine to dissuade armored pursuit. Their very thin soft steel armor can not protect the rider very well. They are charged with working as forward observers for the artillery battalion filled with Trondag class Assault Guns. They must remain relatively close to maintain radio contact. They avoid off road work if at all possible because of their poor cross country performance. They require slightly less support infrastructure to keep them refueled and reloaded for sustained operations. They lack any form of secondary weapon systems and they riders who are trained as colorfully dressed and proud Hussars who carry magnum revolvers with 36 round ammo belts and cavalry sabers which are rated to be equivalent to marine cutlasses.

Light class Motorcycle, TL 5[edit]
The vehicle has a crew of one driver. The single mine is attached above the rear wheel and can be dropped while moving. The short range 1 power radio allows the units to remain in contact with higher echelons which improves coordination of indirect fire missions. The 0.3125cm soft steel armor is slab sided and unsloped on the fully enclosed chassis. The top of the crew space opens like a hinged steel canopy behind the front wheel fairing. The vehicle's 0.1m³ suspension was only rated to 0.69tons, and as a result the cross country speed is horrible and the suspension requires constant maintenance and attention to avoid failures. The vehicle is not sealed nor pressurized and has no ability to thwart CBR/NBC threats or cope with any hostile environments.
Chassis and Turret:[edit]
- Height: 1m ; Width: 1m; Length: 2.5m.
- Total usable volume: 2.5m³
- Total mass loaded: 0.955 metric tons
- Armor: Soft Steel Chassis front, rear, sides, belly and deck 1.
- Target Size DMs: +0 low, no high hits
- Production Cost: Cr556.875
Movement:[edit]
- Speed:
- Maximum Road: 65kph / 54cm; Cross Country: 9.75kph / 8cm.
- Movement effect on fire: move 1/2 or less -4 FFP, no fire EFP; move more than 1/2 no fire
Weapons:[edit]
No weapon stabilization.
Mine Dropper[edit]
A single 2.5kg anti-tank mine is attached to the rear of the vehicle. It has a HEAP 15 warhead and costs 27.5 Credits. It can be remotely detonated with a wire command link or rely on the pressure sensitive trigger mechanism. It is designed to disable the suspension of ground vehicles. It is not rated for anti-personnel work, whose mass is insufficient to trigger the pressure sensor.
Power / Equipment[edit]
- Power: internal combustion engine 0.015 megawatt output
- consumes 13.5 liters of fuel/ hour; fuel capacity 197.5 liters, enough for 14.6 hours and a 949km range road march.
- Ground Pressure is 9.525tons/m2, it doesn't get stuck in soft ground, snow, or sand, it can get stuck in mud on 6+
- The power to weight ratio is 15.7480315
- 1 Power radio
