Lii-rat (Creature) Synopsis
A genetically engineered version of the rat, a creature native to Terra (Solomani Rim 1827). The rats were used as part of the experimental stock on Liikirba (Dagudashaag 1705) as part of their larger geneering program. This program was started during the First Imperium as part of Makhidkarun hunter paradise program.
The Long Night forced Liikirba to be abandoned, with the various experiments escaping into the larger environment. The modified rats continued their forced evolution on the alien world. The final results were a large, aggressive carnivore, working in packs to bring down almost any prey.
When the colony on Liikirba was re-established in -233, the Lii-rats proved to be interesting hindrance.
