As an outcome of the Solomani Rim War Solomani Party realizes that they must be prepared for the next confrontation with the Third Imperium. The regain of Terra and the lost territory is on of the main goals to Solomani Party. During waiting of a good chance to confront the Third Imperium, the main goal is getting stronger. One of the Ways to get stronger, is growth. Not only Econmically, also in Size. The SolSec Black Star Think Tank Department got the order to develop a concept for getting bigger, without confronting the Third Imperium or other Neighbours.

Black Star needed One and a half year to produce something notable.

Summary

The book describes the life of Tom Fredowiak, born 1048 on the poor and highpopulated World Minsk (Magyar 1512) within the New Slavic Solidarity, Solomani Confederation. Behind the story of Tom, there some important messages.
