The Imperium maintains Special Forces units in both the Imperial Army and Imperial Marines.
Description (Specifications)
The names of these units often remain undisclosed or, when publicised, build a mystique that allows the owner to hide other related units in the shadows so created. Many Governments within the Imperium maintain their own Special Forces units in their Colonial Troops as do many Police Forces. Particularly at a planetary level, one Government's Special Forces are another's Guerillas/Terrorists.
