A low-population, non-industrial Imperial world located on the Spinward Main in the Rhylanor Subsector of the Spinward Marches. Celepina is a junction in the Xboat link connecting the Aramis, Lanth, and Star Lane subsectors. Celepina has both an Imperial Scout and Navy base. Celepina has a normal climate and a thin oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere, tainted by dust particles bearing heavy metal compounds.
