ca 4900AD-5200AD. A development organisation focused on the trailing half of Far Home Sector. It was divided into Departments: the Central Department consisted of the Pador-Aredian cluster and had its headquarters at Pador (2325 Far Home). The Coreward Department was centered on Ras Tannol (2315 Far Home).
New Frontiers was always a ramshackle organisation, plagued by mismanagement and suffering badly at the hands of pirates. It is best remembered for the Rape of Erena (2823 Far Home) and the Cephet Massacre (2821 Far Home).
