Subsector H of Halcyon Sector. It contains 13 systems with a total population of 1.69 billion Sophonts and is named for the Abidal system (2518 Halcyon). Sopol (2811 Halcyon) is one of the original Seven Colonies and has been inhabited by humans for millennia. Much of the subsector lies within the Harmal Deep, the central part of the Border Rifts. The coreward edge of the subsector is crossed by the Spinward Reach section of the Scybrian Run star lane. Rissa (3211 Halcyon), an important and historical world, is located within its borders.
