Vogar is a non-aligned water world located in Veracruz Subsector of Alpha Crucis Sector.

Vogar is one of the few worlds in Alpha Crucis to have an uplifted Dolphin majority that possesses political power. The mainworld’s Solomani Party belongs to the radical Dolphin Embracer faction.
