Nesdo is a poor, low-population hellworld with a population less than 10,000 sophonts struggling to survive in an inhospitable environment.
- Hellworlds often offer daily, and sometimes even hourly, life-threatening situations to their inhabitants. Survivors often develop intense survival skills and tend to be grim realists.
- It is a member of the Sylean Worlds, a cultural region and full member state of the Third Imperium in the Core Subsector of Core Sector in the Domain of Sylea.
- Nearly 100% of the population is composed of Syleans.
- Less than 10% of the population is composed of other human and non-human sophonts.
