Armor combination

Can Cloth Personal Armor be worn with combination with other armor pieces? Because CPA is essentially an armored set of clothes what doesn't look like armor, and most types of personal armor is worn over the clothing. Does that mean what you can put armor in addition to CPA, like how it works with Reflec Personal Armor (overall that combination would result in 3-layer armor: reflec under the clothes, then diplo armor what is the clothes, and then whatever armor you want on top — in ideal case, battle dress). --95.71.119.154 08:18, 18 February 2023 (EST)

There isn't any physical reason why you couldn't layer armor this way. It's just most of the Traveller rules don't allow it for reasons of making combat simpler. I would say you can't wear armor in Battledress because it's supposed to be form fitting to allow feedback from the suit to you. Too many layers blocks that.
