Outworld, subsector P of Ley has 31 worlds, of which 27 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 84 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are 3 Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus 4 Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are 15 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds versus 2 Industrial (In) worlds. There is one Rich (Ri) world versus 3 Poor (Po) worlds. There are 3 Water (Wa) and Ocean (Oc) worlds, 2 Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, no Desert (De) worlds, 2 Asteroid (As) belts, and 4 Vacuum (Va) worlds. There are 3 High population (Hi) worlds versus 7 Low population (Lo) worlds and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are 10 Naval bases and no Scout bases. The highest population world is Phoniwt (Ley 3131). The highest tech level is E at Navarino (Ley 2538). The average technology level is 9 (with most between 6 and 11).
