Xelan, subsector D of Far Home has 15 worlds, of which 12 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 6 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are two High population (Hi) worlds, one Moderate population (Ph) world, six Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, and no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are no Rich (Ri) worlds versus no Industrial (In) worlds. There is one Asteroid (As) belt, one Desert (De) world, two Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, three Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world. There are no Naval bases in the subsector, no Scout bases, and no Way stations. The highest population world is Oromet (Far Home 2710). The highest tech level is B at Oromet (Far Home 2710). The average technology level is 6 (with most between 2 and 9).
