Description

While the Zhodani Consulate is generally considered to extend into the core-trailing portion of the subsector, it directly claims no systems here. Though charted by the Zhodani, most systems remain uninhabited. The exceptions are two non-aligned Human worlds, including the namesake Vlibtliansht, which supports a robust society of 4 billion, and interdicted Kritsshaiev, the population of which is at TL-1.

Many worlds hold only Zhodani cartographical designations, and haven't been officially named.
