The Perseus Arm is the next major spiral arm of Galaxias found rimward of Charted Space.
- It is part of Galaxias or the "The Milky Way."
Description (Specifications)
LOCAL GALACTIC STRUCTURE:
Scientists currently debate as to whether or not the Local Region of Charted Space actually lies within a rimward Spur of the Sagittarius-Carina Arm known as the Orion Spur, or whether the Local Region is actually a more substantive minor arm of its own (the Orion Arm) that is a coreward split from the Perseus Arm.
