Nefarious space pirate base. High adventure in the far future as Space Pirates Scourge the starlanes. Vicious Mind Control Devices enslave hapless captives. The Pirates starbase and the entire planet of Waspwinter are detailed for play.

This 32 page book with a separate 22"x34" two-color map details the planet. There are also two smaller scale planetary map insets showing a duplicate of the main map and habitat ranges of the natives. The back has pictures of the pirates and Axly Rebel, a side view of the Pirate base and a player's map of the Axly Rebel Hideout. The back of the main booklet has a full color player's map of the main continent.

Five subject races are listed along with encounter tables for the life and land of the planet.
