- The name is usually abbreviated to GKAO.
Description (Specifications)
An aid organization based at Mora, in the Spinward Marches. It was founded by Mishkige Aarkhi, an Imperial industrialist turned philanthropist. The current executive director is Lurama Gaaman Aarkhi, the founder's great granddaughter.

History & Background (Dossier)
The organization was established in 990, when the founder's two sons were injured in separate incidents.
It attempts to remain strictly aptolitical, although accusations of humaniti-centric bias have occasionally surfaced.
