An Aslan clan, a vassal of the Stahfiei, itself a vassal of the powerful Hrawoao. The Htaieie' capital is at Yesail/Ouhtoh (Ealiyasiyw 2932)), and the clan maintains the interdiction of Kteatau/Siei (Dark Nebula 0130) on behalf of its patron clan.
