An Interstellar State is a polity that governs two or more star systems.
- In practice, smaller interstellar states are called pocket empires and they aren't called interstellar states until they grow quite large... many systems.
- It is a kind of society capable of forming a stable government or polity.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
The more organized states with higher levels of control or dedications from the population keep growing. The smaller states remain as pocket empires. When the larger states start encountering other polities, militaries come into action and the more powerful conquerors tend to prevail.
