Lukurranii (Anglic: Lukurranii )
Usage notes
Includes: Foreigners, barbarians and those who come the the underworld. They reject, or aren't even be aware of, Vilani traditions. Vilani know that they threaten the order, stability, and harmony of Vilani society simply by existing. "When they are capable of operating starships, the threat will be much bigger 'cause they can spread their chaos into the Vilani civilization".
