Mongoose Traveller SRD
We haven't posted the Mongoose SRD to the Wiki are for the following reasons:
- The agreement with Marc Miller and Far Future Enterprises allows us to post library data, and specifically excludes posting game rules.
- The Mongoose SRD is published under their open game license, which isn't quite the same as the CC-BY-SA license which is what the Traveller wiki uses. I would have to re-read the Mongoose license to explain the specific differences.
- Mongoose makes available the SRD rules but re-publishing them, by posting them to the Traveller Wiki, falls under a slightly different set of rules. At minimum I would like to have the explicit permission from the Mongoose staff that publishing the rules to the Wiki is ok.
- We haven't devoted the time to tracking down the above, let alone spending the time to reformat the text of the rules into the wiki.
