Eaunna is a vacuum world, lacking any atmosphere or surface water. The system has a population in the millions of sophonts, lacking the industrial base to be completely self-supporting. Government control of this world is by an external military force. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Khandi Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Eaunna, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Landed Nobility who acts as an Imperial representative to the world. This world contains an Imperial Scout Base, capable of handling Scout Service starships and personnel. During the Long Night this world was named Anmiish.

Astrography and planetology

Eaunna has a reputation for spectacular scenery. Majestic mountains tower over massive craters filled with extremely fine dust forming rainbow colored seas of quicksand consistency. The local inhabitants use a modified Transtel Mudskippers to sail the seas, leaving behind a luminescent trail, generated by constant static discharge from the ship's outboard stabilizers.

The largest of the dust bowl is Clarke's Sea, which is 2000km long, surrounded on three sides by volcanoes. Large mineral deposits have been located underneath the seas. No one has discovered how to mine it safely.

Eaunna has a solitary primary star.

	Remarks

History and background

Eaunna is a planet under exploitation. The system had been uninhabited until 888, when large deposits of heavy metals were found. Several corporations tried to buy the planet, but the Ministry of Conservation refused to sell. Today the planet divided into over 380,000 individual claims.
