Michael J. Maley, also known as Darkhstarr, is a Traveller fan and author.
He published Tortuga, a website with information from his Piracy Campaign based primarily in Paranoid Press' Beyond and Vanguard Reaches sectors.
It's a very engaging background created in the spirt of Classic Traveller and based during and just after the 5th Frontier War. It uses an alternate timeline in which Emperor Strephon was never assasinated.
