The [[Aslan Guard Regiment]] was a Regiment sized unit of the [[Third Imperium]] and was part of [[Imperial Army]] Command as part of the [[Imperial Guard]].

The Regiment guarded the [[Emperor]]'s person or was deployed in defence of the {{Imperium}} as required.

It consisted of 3 Rapid Interface Battalions.

== History & Background ([[Dossier]]) ==
The [[Aslan Guard Regiment]] was formed in [[380]] and was assigned to the [[Imperial Guard]] as part of the terms of the [[Peace of Ftahalr]]. The Regiment was formed, partly, as a signal that the Emperor had sufficient trust in the loyalty of {{Imperial}} [[Aslan]] to place his personal security in their care and partly to ensure that there was a group of guards outside the human-o-centric whirl of palace politics.
