A petulant and impetuous man who is never wrong and holds a grudge.

== History & Background (Biography) ==
[[Campaign:BTC/Alselm Ilurmi-Astaarte|Alselm Ilurmi-Astaarte]] married [[Campaign:BTC/Kiiguuroesa Luuga-Astaarte|Kiiguuroesa Luuga-Astaarte]] in [[1129]]. She was a minor member of a minor house but manoeuvred well in the Marriage stakes.

Appointed as the Head of Mission in the [[Regency]]'s Consulate on [[Gabrael (world)|Gabrael]] in [[1137]], and set out to arrive early in the following year. He has been persuaded that this is an opportunity for the family to continue its influence within the subsector. His wife sees it as exile from court under another name.
