Editing The Corporation

An autonomous area of [[Halcyon Sector]] during the [[Second Confederation]]. Although the Confederation strictly controlled activity beyond its borders, it granted special license to a state-controlled exploratory venture that sought to find exploitable resources, particularly rare minerals. The Corporation remained loyal to the [[Traditionalist]] cause during the [[civil wars]] but its position became increasingly untenable and eventually it collapsed. A number of its core systems formed the short-lived [[Cooperative]].
