The largest native animals of Dragonrest (Beyond 1002), a family of whale-like saurians that are the dominant sea predator.

Physiology & Ecology[edit]

Dragonrest has a hydrosphere of 70%. There are very strong wind currents.

There are 8 species:

  1. King Xorter (10m long),
  2. Yellow Xorter (7.2m long),
  3. Armida's Xorter (6.1 m long),
  4. Southern Xorter (6 m long),
  5. Bag Xorter (a filter feeder 6 m long),
  6. Plaso's Xorter (4 m long),
  7. Coastal Xorter (2m long),
  8. Red Xorter (1.5m long);

Lengths are based on the largest known specimen.
