The Vari Gap is an astrographic feature lying towards the coreward edge of Mavuzog Sector.
- It is a rift area of low stellar density.
- It is a barrier to expansion and interstellar commerce.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
The Vari Gap is an area of lower stellar density, one of the many rifts and voids making up part of the greater Idella Rift region.
- The region measures around 5 parsecs spinward-trailing, around 3 parsecs coreward-rimward, and is generally considered to be lozenge-shaped.
- It is named for Cho Vari Subsector, which it primarily lies within.
- It forms a natural obstacle to coreward expansion.
