World Starport (Sp)

Vanutappan has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

Vanutappan (B547547–B) is a quiet agricultural world in a chaotic system. The companion dwarf star orbits in the middle distance, approximately 15 degrees off of the orbital plane of the inner worlds and the inner belt. The outer belt has been dragged into the orbital plane alignment of the companion star for the most part, though stray rocks still exist. My Astrogator was warned on this when we stayed over at Tamayo (3232), as the companion was currently closer to Tamayo than Vanutappan's primary was. We still got tangled in the outer belt and had a long transit into Port, though.
