I believe I have fixed the underlying issue with the table of contents (Template:RPGBook TOC Query). This should now work correctly with the Mongoose JTAS issues. You can fix the problem on the existing pages by using More > Purge Cache (in the upper menu). This will reset the page and should show the table of contents correctly. Thank you for noticing that.
