Charter for Confederation of the Free Solomani States

The Charter for Confederation of the Free Solomani States is an important document signed in 871, and was effectively a Declaration of Independence, by the Solomani Party Congress of the Solomani Autonomous Region meeting on Terra (Solomani Rim 1827).
